GLISS holds biweekly book reviews in form of Twitter Spaces on the organisation’s Twitter handle @gliss_africa.

The books reviewed are painstakingly selected in relation to the different programs of research. The staff of GLISS from the program make the primary panel of reviewers but they are occasionally joined by leaders from different field especially CSOs, academia, government, religious, political, and social groups with an interest in the book under review to make the conversations more relatable to the lived experiences and engaging for the audience. Whenever possible, the author(s) of a book under review is also invited to contribute as a panellist. The audience is normally invited last to ask questions, make suggestions, or their contributions to the discussion.
